there's been time for corrections.

0) Stuff
* Box delivered from McMaster on 19 December, signed for by "Gene San"
but not found at Noisebridge. Does anyone know where it is?
[David M.: we subsequently learned the box found no one to sign for it
at Noisebridge,was shipped back to McMaster, and "Gene San" works in
their shipping department.]

1) Reprap progress
* Not much progress over the holidays, people out of town, sick, etc.
* Want someone to do heat-up part of reprap
* Talk to Andy

2) Tables
* Making tables for upstairs electronics lab
* Need sanding, varathane
* Jim installing more electricity for upstairs electronics lab

3) Pay Dues!
* See wiki, give dues to board members

4) Stickers
* New stickers made
* Steen made sticker design just large enough to fit over apple in
MacBook/MacBook Pro
* Make a face with two stickers!

5) We love Grey!
* Grey brings us Mate!

6) Servers
* Surplus EFF server now in space
* Who wants to maintain servers? Step up!
* We could use a source code repository

7) LED Sign progress
* Blinking under control
* Needs better controller board
* dstaff has ideas on building one
* Arduino is too slow
* Controller board missing bits
* 16 drivers, strobe whole board, need to shift 192 bits/cycle
* Progress made, still working on it

8) Mail
* Useful mail-- put in P.O. box upstairs under desk!
* Al from Barcelona's power adaptor arrived
** Al doesn't show up, we get it
* Packages are coming here and being returned, suboptimal.
** Build a package drop?

9) Name game/intros
* Lots of introductions

* Key order of business: surplus shelf storage not earthquake safe!

12) Keys in leatherman mini
* OK to make a copy of your own key for your own personal use?
** Specifically: in case the key is broken while trying to mount in
leatherman mini?
* Consensus: yes this is OK, it's still just you who has key

13) Donations
* Martyn - micro-lathe for keys on its way
