For those of you who enjoyed Fox's showing of the Academy award
winning (and since suppressed for being obvious propaganda) _Der
Fuehrer's Face_ @ 5MoF, you may be interested to know that there are
several others available online.

See:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Der_Fuehrer%27s_Face

You can find all of them - among others - quite easily on Google Video
and Youtube by searching for 'banned disney' or 'duck nazi' e.g., or
the name of the episode if you know it; there were several others made
as part of this same war propaganda effort. There are many other
themes as well, if you're interested, such as cartoons quite poorly
depicting black people.

They are interesting, at least, as examples of how much culture has
(seemingly) changed to view such formerly common and acceptable
portrayals as unacceptably racist. Frankly, I'm a bit surprised that
we *didn't* get something like this about Arabs in the whole middle
east war drumming of recent years (though it certain came up plenty in
radio and TV "dialogues").
