VERY shadowy. Actually, I just remember that when we asked "what about 
the remaining lease at 83c?" the response was "it is taken care of."

I'll be there on tuesday. I am very much looking forward to seeing the 
space, and have plenty of free time to do whatever fixer-upper manual 
labor might be needed. Even the lack of kitchen is something we can 
"fix" for that sort of rent difference. There's a lot of good mobile 
kitchen parts (stoves, cabinets, counterspaces) that can be bought and 
moved up in a freight elevator.
