Another set of data it would be useful to have would be "what are your
minimum requirements to move in?"  We moved into 83c as we built it out; to
an extent, that worked well for us, as it meant that there were always lots
of people around helping out.  What are the minimum things we need to get
done before we can consider just moving in?
