I'm still trying to get a date and time locked down. I told them on  
Friday that Noisebridge had another deal in the works and that it'd  
behoove them to work something in Monday (today) if possible or  
Tuesday at the latest. As of this morning, Ritchie had gotten a call  
back from TRI, but the TRI guy wanted to talk to a senior partner to  
make sure that there wasn't already a lease in progress. Maybe that is  
the explanation for the delay.

I'll keep pushing and will post any updates. Since Tuesday consensus  
doesn't seem assured, if all I can get is something later this week,  
I'll still take it. Anyway it never hurts to improve your BATNA..
