Up until this round of drinks, we have, on average, since the beginning of Noisebridge, tripled our drink money -- i.e., the total amount we've taken in divided the total amount we've spent, has been very close to 3.

I was thinking that we'd store the 800 bottles elsewhere besides NB. There are probably people that can store a few cases a piece?

After sending out that email that Jeffrey responded to, I checked more emails, and saw one from Emmanuel saying he needed an answer very soon. So, I told him to go ahead and send us the pallet of Mate, not as an official NB expense, but as a let's-get-together-and-kick-in-what-we-can-for-those-interested kind of project. So, for anyone interested in loaning money to NB (with the caveat that there is some chance that we may not all get paid back 100% of our loans -- though it seems likely to me that we will make more than our investment back, with the returns going to NB), please add your name and loan amount to the NB wiki page for this project:

To be totally clear: this is NOT an official Noisebridge expense. It is a project that will proceed with loans from individuals. Everyone pledging a loan will likely get paid back 100%, but if enough Mate gets drunk without people paying, it is possible that we will not be paid back all 100%.

Best,

Mitch.
