Kill Radio, a long-lived collective project in LA has done a good job
with developing consensus process and training. In fact they require
new members to go thru consensus training before joining (so they have
to run the trainings regularly, once a month after the general
meeting).

The Kill Radio docs are available at http://www.killradio.org/doc/
(not sure what the license is but I can't imagine they'd mind if
NoiseBridge borrowed some verbage :)
