I'm going to need some more data to put together a bid:

 - How many school days will we be doing this on?

 - What hours will we be expected to provide services during?

 - What are the consequences for not being able to provide services on
   a given day?

 - Are we already insured? The bid request says we need an insurance
   certificate.

 - How much insurance do we need, exactly? What kind?

 - Does the school have a suitable facility? (Some of the things we
might use could be considered hazmat.)

 - Who are the officers of the Noisebridge corporation who are
empowered to enter into contracts on behalf of the corporation?

 - Would it be better to simply apply to the state for the necessary
funds, then bid? I get the impression that the school is expecting
a freebie here, which means the money has to come from somewhere
   else like the state.

 - Are the soldering irons I've seen reserved for other projects?
