The trash procedures were easily located next to the trash bins, and
no inconsistencies were found.  The key for the trash was located
where the procedures said it would be.  Extra bonus points for whoever
labeled the cabinet with the trash bags and the box with the trash
bags so they would be easily located.

i18n and accessibility need some work.

A+++ would take out trash again
