you know, this is really absurd. i have a 14 year old daughter and her
friends cause less trouble than this.
if people can't pick up after themselves, they should be reminded to do
so (politely at first, then more firmly). if, after some amount of
reminding, they still can't seem to remember, they should be un-invited
from NB.
(if their continued presence at NB is considered so vital that other
people are willing to clean up after them, then these cleaners should
take the responsibility of cleaning up for aforementioned inconsiderate
person.)
the only time you should be picking up "cups, cans, or bottles that are
sitting around with liquids in them" is after larger meetings or parties.
