[Noisebridge-discuss] I am really disappointed with certain members of noisebridge

'The Law' doesn't see anything at all. It is a collection of rules,
precedents, and procedures which must be selectively enforced, because full
enforcement is not only impossible, but would be universally decried as
abusive.

'Law Enforcement' represents a collection of individuals and organizations,
each with their own de jure and de facto rules, precedents, and procedures.

Abuse, or 'permission' for that matter, depend largely on who is asked to
investigate, and on the expert witnesses they invoke. While it is certainly
possible to bring the law into this matter, I believe, as a citizen and a
programmer that it would be an abuse of the legal system.

So, to clear things up here:
* threatening people with frivolous prosecution => OK!
* pointing out that that's a dick move => RUDE!

Yeah, I'm so terribly terribly sorry for that. In fact, I'm SHOCKED!
