[Noisebridge-discuss] Stolen food at Noisebridge yes or no?

FWIW, just as a pragmatic note, so this isn't entirely a "let's bash
people who can't respond" fest:

I understand that some folk are not so into following laws. NB, like
most collections of hackers, has a higher than average proportion of
people with anarchist tendencies. I certainly have my fair share of
these.

But you have to keep these things separate.

Even if you think that stealing (or whatever) is OK in some
situation(s), you hopefully agree that making other people share
*your* risks without their consent is Not OK™. (Examples: giving NB
stolen goods; having drugs on you when getting a ride from someone;
failing to disclose serious STDs to sex partners; using a violet wand
without [zomg!] talking about your boundaries first; etc.)

Also, it's at least a bit funny-ironic to be using a corporation -
whose existence is only meaningful within the context of modern law -
as a vehicle for anarchy. :-P (Aside from the fact that doing so
endangers its existence, which'd suck...)

I'm not in the habit of judging people for their morals (even when
they're different than mine), so I'm not going to comment on what you
do in your own time and at your own risk. But if you're going to do
shit that The Man doesn't like, a) don't bring other people into it
without their consent, and b) don't talk about it publicly unless you
want to get busted.

Hopefully we all realize there are some boundaries you just don't fuck
with (e.g. non-consensual injury), others you can only fuck with if
you do it quietly (e.g. pirate radio, some drugs), and some you should
openly destroy (e.g. bullshit prejudices).

I think that this situation is the first. Recognizing which is which
is part of being able to get away with the actually fun ones without
hurting others. :-P
