Perhaps for the purposes of NB I could never succeed in intelligibly describing crazy. But I know it when I see it.

Insofar as they drive people away from NB for fear of personal safety or extreme discomfort they harm NB. I'm not sure that's a reason to change policy, but I'd much rather hear that we call the police a lot than someone got assaulted, which seems possible at this rate.
