[Noisebridge-discuss] common courtesy: logging into wiki / not editing user pages

somebody the last few days has made several less-than-excellent changes 
to the wiki, including my user page.  that by itself wouldn't bother me 
except whoever is doing it doesn't even have the balls to at least login 
to the wiki before editing pages.  there's also numerous other instances 
of people making less-than-excellent edits to the wiki without logging in.

i have emailed the rack list to discuss the possibility of requiring 
users to login to the wiki before making page edits.  i'm also raising 
the issue here because this affects everybody.
