    I lived for a few years in Project One, which ran 
our meetings via consensus. I think best not to get 
caught up with what's really functional and what's 
kind of functional and .... 
    What have we seen happen, both at NB and at other 
groups, and what seems good and bad: that strikes me 
as a good first goal.
