    pipe now runs from the sub-panel to the room in 
which the laser cutter sits. the next step is to 
determine what receptacles are needed. 
    i recall that 20 Amps is needed for the laser 
cutter itself as well as for some other stuff that 
goes with it and have set things up for a dedicated 
circuit to supply that and only that. 
    what receptacle configuration is needed? easiest 
for me is to bring pipe down to a point below the 
bottom of the "window" and put a single gang duplex 
there. you'd use power strips if there are several 
ancillary devices.
