(previous attempt was 2 layers of very heavy, almost theatre style curtains, 1 layer of loose curtain material + 2 layers of sealed weatherproofing plastic to try and create as many energy transfers as possible. It decreased sound by like 75% but still waking up at bar closing time. (Omer also serenades directly at our building much of the week, and that dude can wail / yell through some pretty serious material).
