    just to be clear: my comment doesn't intend to 
stigmatize homelessness (i've been there, too). 
    but i believe only homeless might attempt to live 
in the space, by which i mean sleeping, washing, 
cooking, and so on, and living in the space may be 
grounds for eviction.
