yes i want to make a camera drone.

it should be a heart-shaped inflatable filled with helium,  with a 
propeller in the back (the buttcrack of the heart).

the point of the heart is the front.  it's a neutral-bouyancy airplane. 
servos can tilt or steer the prop, and the camera hanging below can rotate 
when the plane has to turn while hovering.

anyone know where to get mylar, and how to weld mylar?
