Sorry now that I look at the actual provisions of the bill, it also
targets trademark violations.

If I may join the SOPA-boxing for a moment: Congress will never be
able to resist the effects of monied interests until there is campaign
finance reform. Watch Lessig's recent talk at Google where he explains
why this is.
