[Noisebridge-discuss] Moving to Lebanon

My friend, a teacher, is moving from the US to Lebanon for the next few
years and is not very tech savvy.  She has never used a touch screen, but
is familiar with Skype.  What would you recommend in terms of a tablet
and/or smartphone for her to use?  She hopes to use something both for
personal use and for connecting to a classroom projector without always
lugging her laptop around.  Word is the internet cuts out or goes offline
regularly where she'll live and theft is the device(s) is a very real
possibiliity.
