excellent points, Adrian. my point was that food hackers should be 
consulted in defining the purpose and usage of the kitchen-- not 
necessarily design or build it.

That said, i totally support pulling out the existing facility, since 
it's clear that it is facilitating non-hacking use, not taste-bridge.
