you and everyone else are invited to propose amendments or alternate 
proposals if you have any specific things you want to be different.

That's the only technical change I have been looking for, but I have also 
been hoping that it would increase connectivity between members of the 
community by creating greater incentives and opportunities for people to 
formally join it.
