[Noisebridge-discuss] Let's use a Git repo to manage our massive, sprawling bureaucracy

If Germany can store their federal laws in github (
https://github.com/bundestag/gesetze ), Noisebridge should be able to do so
as well :)
(Though admittedly, they don't really seem to be actively submitting stuff
there)
