No one's in charge... I've just stepped up to shuttle the process along.

Jim, if you join the Build list (which you're totally welcome to do),
it should reach the electricians as well.   I'll forward this email to
that list.

The Build list serves the indirect function of documenting the process
of identifying physical problems and making improvements to
Noisebridge.  I've found the Build archives useful and interesting.
