The group of volunteers would be a separate group from Noisebridge members,
just borrowing space for a meeting?

I would probably try to work out a formal policy before hand that basically
says this is ok/not ok and that it is the same to any political group that
comes knocking (and ensure you would charge the same fee).

1.General rule — staff members can work on their own time and not act in

presenting the charity. The charity cannot, without reimbursement, provide
office space, clerical support, supplies, etc. to political candidate or
party.

Also everything I saw indicates you should charge some kind of fee and it
should be the same fee across all groups.
