Kashif V, a new philanthropist who uses the ff creator, brought that CTC
machine in.  On that machine, the Atmel 8u2 didn't show up as a tty
connecting USB to a PC.  Instead, it looked like it was DFU mode when I saw
it, which is good and bad since it's nice to see a more evolved usb device
yet it doesn't just show up as a printer device or a external storage
device.  Try connected it with the SD card seated and look for ext. storage
device to dump your x3g files into. Otherwise, perhaps there are some
drivers for this brand printer.

In any case, *always* use SD cards with these machines for reliable prints,
and to untether the PC and allow it to be used for other purposes during
prints..  Especially since there are two printers now.  They can both be
connected to the PC for 'live control' and setup, but run full prints from
the SD cards. The SD card slot for these models is on the right side of the
machine.

I used a programmer to grab a copy of the creator firmware so I can look
for something else that will work with mightyboard clone and
atmega1280/2560
