Anyone want to volunteer for the Market Street Prototyping Festival?  Noisebridge has been involved since it starred 2 or 3 years ago.

YBCA & SF Planning Dept are at it again and running another Market Street Prototyping Festival (after last year's big success)! We're looking for volunteers -- any chance you'd be up for sending out our call to your list again?j

Market Street Prototyping Festival invites you to volunteer!

Join us as Market Street comes alive with more than 40 prototype projects from Oct 6 to 8. From Embarcadero to 7th Street, the wide sidewalks will be filled with temporary installations ranging from performance spaces, relaxation zones, dynamic art pieces, and more. Come and be a part of it!  Click here to see the installations that will be part of the festival.

Maintain Market Street Prototyping Festival presence on the street (ie: wear T-shirt, hand out Festival collateral)

Direct and answer questions from Festival participants and passers-by

Engage with the public and encourage them to interact with the prototypes

General event tasks assigned by Festival Producer, Production Director, and Block Captains

Be available on radio, if needed

Assist Festival artists

Help with prototype installation (Wednesday shifts only)

Help with prototype de-installation (Sunday shifts only)

Help with Festival evaluation process

Other Duties as assigned
