Good Friends,
My understanding is that if we are do be ADA compliant, so does the
landlord...
The requirement states that NB has the right to bring litigation for
Discriminating against a minority...
The key to this would be non-compliance with the existing law...

Either NB has to MOVE .. under the Authority of our Charter. Or the
Landlord must comply with ADA requirements...
Either way, NB big C consensus needs to address this...

The Little c is irrelevant if they are not complying with ADA. ... You also
would need a backup exit strategy for evac...
Fire code is a big female canine, with no teeth.
