Off-topic, but you are welcome on Slack.  Invitation failures are Entropic in nature, not down to intentional exclusion. 

There was a moment when we switched to Slack (2014) when we needed to be careful how fast we brought people in. 

Now we have 600+ people on our Slack instance and our communication culture is in no danger of changing too quickly due to the influx of a few individuals.  (That's both for better and for worse)...
