[Rack] Spam to the rack list.

Most likely its because "rack" is a single simple word. Spam tends to brute
force emails (eg; brian, john, sarah, @..), you don't see it on
"noisebridge-discuss" because "noisebridge" . "-" . "discuss" aren't
attempted (especially since noisebridge is unlikely to be in their
dictionary). Changing "rack" to "rack-discuss" would probably solve the
problem.
