[Rack] Sonic down?

I don't think we have dual-link DSL, but it's been awhile since it was
ordered.  Call Sonic, the acct is under "Noisebridge" username "noisebr"
(I think).  The line won't have dialtone, Sonic is a CLEC using
unbundled pairs.
