[Sem] Retaining the SEM and building a sputter coater

CF133 exhaust, ASA or something flange for inlet but I have a (crude) 
adapter to CF275 you can see in that picture.  Has a little rust at the 
bottom and some minor scratches on the flange surface but nothing 
major...I can lap them out if they become problematic.  I have a bottle 
of extra oil for it.  NPT water cooling ports.

I've been warned against silver because it tarnishes easily.  I think 
trying a gold foil target would be pretty inexpensive and if it works 
may give better results.
