[Build] Flooring update

Thanks for moving things along.
Here's a link to the type of floor coating I was suggesting:

It drys quicker, is water based so easier to clean (possible to actually 
clean up tools without using alcohol based solvents,) and the finish is 
just as hard I think. There are lots of manufacturers, so I'm not 
suggesting this exact maker.

Really glad we got it down to three sections and you helped us write 
down/finish the electrical plans with the new-improved layout.
