[Digitalarchivists] Scanning Stand: Permanent Setup

(I am not a member and have not been able to get to the meeting yet but)

I am still very interested in 'assisting in or observing' the rebuild. I
would also be down for helping make the work-station accessible for
inexperienced folks.

I have not built one of these but, will be this year but am seriously
considering "the easy book scanner" design - mostly because it is cheaper -
but smaller has advantages
